Four journalists of Chinese nationalities, Canadian, Bulgarian and Russian were wounded Tuesday by shelling in the Syrian-Turkish border, according to news agency Ria.

The reporters, who are in stable condition, were in the Kinsibba village and the shots came from Bidama, Turkish side, she says.

The official Syrian news agency had earlier reported several injuries among members of a group of journalists after mortar fire from an area recently taken by the rebels on the Turkish side of the border.
